Information we collect

When you request a quote, we may collect your name, phone number, selected service, Dubai area or building, preferred date, property details, photos, videos, calculator estimate and marketing attribution parameters.

How we use it

We use this information to review the cleaning request, prepare an estimate, contact you, schedule the service, prevent spam and understand which marketing channels generate enquiries.

How requests are delivered

Website requests are transmitted to our server-side lead endpoint and delivered to the Pineapple Cleaning team through Telegram. Attached files may also be delivered to that private business chat. Bot credentials are not stored in the website browser code.

Retention and sharing

We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to respond, provide the service, maintain business records or meet legal requirements. We do not sell enquiry data. Service providers may process information only where needed to host the site, protect forms or deliver messages.

Your choices

You may ask us to correct or delete enquiry information, subject to applicable legal or record-keeping requirements. Avoid sending passports, payment cards or unrelated private documents.
